AppleOne has partnered with a food manufacturing company in Vernon, CA. to assist them in hiring an Inventory Specialist to join their team.

Job Title : Inventory Specialist

Location : Vernon, CA

Pay Range : $20-$25 per hour DOE

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am - 4 : 30pm

Position Overview :

The Inventory Control Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the Inventory Control Manager with various operational and special projects. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

This position is 95% office / 5% warehouse

Maintain and reconcile inventory records to physical counts, identifying and researching discrepancies.

Assist with special projects, including inventory planning and process improvement initiatives.

Support warehouse operations, including participation in physical inventories.

Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and internal customers regarding inventory-related matters.

Utilize ERP systems, such as SAP, to accurately track and report inventory data.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures regarding inventory management.

Qualifications :

2+ years of recent experience working as an inventory specialist.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.

Familiarity with ERP system SAP.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
