As an Access Control Officer in a utilities environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized access. Your presence and attention to detail contribute to a secure atmosphere for all personnel and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $18.75 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Fri 10 : 30 PM - 06 : 30 AM Sat 10 : 30 PM - 06 : 30 AM

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.
• Monitor access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of all individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors regarding access protocols and site policies.
