Job Summary
The Clinical Manager at Porter Medical Group will collaborate closely with the UVMHN Porter Medical Group Practice Leadership Team and Physician Leaders to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality, and affordable health care. This role is essential in promoting timely and appropriate access to care, supporting patients and communities in achieving their health goals.
The Clinical Manager will provide leadership of clinical operations across Porter Medical Group, including oversight of clinical workflows, policies, and ambulatory resource pool. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining clinical policies and procedures, optimizing clinical workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leads outpatient clinical orientation and competency development, performance management, and staff development. This role is central to fostering a culture of empowerment and excellence that enhances the patient experience.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Active Vermont RN, BSN (required).
Experience
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in ambulatory / outpatient setting, with progressive leadership experience in a health care management setting. Experience with compliance with regulatory bodies as it relates to leading regulatory readiness, mock audits, and policy development.
