About The Position

Must-Have Skills / Experience :

• Experience in acute care
• Ability to work with adult and geriatric populations

Description :

Patient population is primarily adults.

36 or 48 hours guaranteed can be accommodated.

Must have a background check to clear, including criminal and child abuse portions, with no exceptions.

All background checks must be fully cleared prior to start.

Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult abuse is required.

A 10-panel drug test is mandatory, including opiates.

Titers must be current from the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB).

The unit features 17 beds with a recommended patient ratio of 1 : 6, accommodating approximately 40 visits a day.

Equipment utilized includes EHR systems.

The department serves various needs including emergency services, critical care, med / surg, and more.

Candidates should be adaptable and possess a collaborative spirit.

Preferred experience includes travel assignments or working in facilities of similar size.

This role requires flexibility to meet the daily volume and call coverage needs.
