Professional Case-Management Services of America (PCSA) currently has a full-time entry level opening in the Valdosta, Ga area and the surrounding counties.
Responsibilities for this position include :
- Maintaining a caseload of 35 – 40 individuals of the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I / DD) population.
- Maintain a current knowledge of all DBHDD state standards, guidelines, policies and procedures as related to service provision to the individuals with disabilities
- Communicate the mission and vision of PCSA to participants, families and
- Residential / Day Program providers along with other stakeholders when providing treatment planning for the individuals on your assigned caseload.
- Attend meetings with families, providers or to the region when requested by the Area or General Manager.
Other responsibilities and skillset required :
Computer experience with Word / Excel / PowerPoint and Outlook; requiredTime management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesBe able to independently manage time to fill a productive workday while meeting established benchmarks.Ability to manage multiple tasks, within allotted time framesExcellent communication and relationship skills, including verbal and written.Ability to maintain confidentiality of informationTo be detail-oriented, a requirement necessary for weekly documentationMust have access to a laptop and internet connection.Job Type : Full-time
