A top critical-access hospital in Washington state (WA) seeks a Hospitalist Physician (Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Med / Peds trained) to join their long-tenured team.

Position Highlights :

  • Inpatient only with optional urgent care available
  • 4-day work week with nights, weekends, and Fridays off - Home with your family each night!
  • Average census of 2-3 with NO ICU responsibilities
  • EMR-EPIC
  • Joining 4 Physicians that have been with the team 15+ years
  • Ability to pick up ED shifts, if interested, but not required

Compensation Package Includes :

  • Competitive base salary in the range of $270,000-$350,000 - Negotiable based on skills and experience
  • Annual retention bonus
  • Sign-on bonus of $50,000
  • Relocation up to $20,000
  • Full comprehensive benefits package including :

    Retirement with 4% match

    5 Weeks PTO in addition to 4 day workweek - totaling 77 weekdays off annually!

    CME stipend of 5K
