Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a Lumber and Building materials employer is seeking a full-time Dispatch Shipping Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Confer with customers and / or sales staff to determine desired delivery times; create delivery schedule to assist drivers and material handling staff in planning work activities
• Maintain record of mileage, fuel used, repairs made and other delivery-related expenses
• Respond to customer complaints / questions regarding deliveries; expedite or locate missing, misrouted, delayed or damaged merchandise
• Communicate with drivers and managers to ensure adherence to preventative vehicle maintenance policies and practices
• Adhere to all OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds
• Meet or exceed company safety standards
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• All other duties as assigned
