Real Estate Equities is looking for a Property Manager to join our team! Press House is 144 units and one (1) building located in Saint Paul, MN.
Purpose : To manage the day-to-day operations of the property

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide residents with exceptional customer service and foster good resident relationsTrain and supervise staff on all job responsibilities and be a valuable leader of an effective on-site teamEnforce management policies and proceduresPerform functions in a continuous manner without assistance / supervisionMeet and greet customers in person and on the telephoneOversee and participate in the showing and leasing of apartments to prospectsOversee and participate in the processing applications and other necessary paperwork to rent apartmentsAssist residents with questions and record service requestsReceive and input rents and all other fees from prospects and residentsOversee and participate in rent collection, and collection of delinquent rentsCoordinate and conduct move-out inspectionsOversee and maintain site records (resident files, certifications, inspections, Move-In (M / I), Move-out (M / O, etc.)Oversee and perform community inspectionsMaintain budget controls, maximize income potential, and control operating expensesOversee and participate in preparing and performing marketing outreach programOversee and participate in resident activities and retention programsEnsure impeccable curb appeal and interior and exterior cleanlinessOversee and participate in the polishing up of the model, vacant apartments, and the tour routeOversee and assist with key controlOversee and assist with contractorsNon-Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Perform / prepare special projectsPerform other duties, as assignedPosition Requirements :
Must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years property management experience including supervisory responsibilitiesSection 8, Section 42, Tax Credit experience requiredMust have knowledge of managerial, supervisory, and fiscal practicesMust possess the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingMust possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskMust have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Yardi experience desiredMaintain professional office environmentPhysical Requirements :
Ability to sit for long periods of time at a computerAbility to lift to 10 pounds.Ability to twist, turn, bend and stoop as necessaryMonday thru Friday, some nights and weekends as necessary
