Key Responsibilities
Resolve inbound and outbound service calls regarding collateral protection insurance coverage
Refer complex inquiries to appropriate resources to ensure customer satisfaction
Enter updates to insurance data and prepare necessary documentation for borrowers and financial institutions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalency required
0-6 months of related experience in data entry or call center environments
Experience in insurance or banking preferred
Able to operate a computer and basic office equipment
Typing speed of 40 WPM accurately and proficiency with a 10-key calculator
