Key Responsibilities :
Support employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives to enhance workplace culture and reduce turnover
Utilize data analytics to identify talent trends and develop action plans based on insights
Implement talent management strategies, including performance management and succession planning
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HR / People roles focusing on talent management or employee relations
Proven experience in implementing talent management and employee engagement programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data for decision-making
Understanding of employee relations practices and relevant employment laws
