EdAdvance is one of Connecticut's six Regional Educational Service Centers (RESCs). EdAdvance is also a partner in the RESC Alliance and works collaboratively with the other RESC groups to support state-wide initiatives.

Position details : Lead Transition Teacher – Full Time / 210 Days

$65,000 - $88,000

Job Purpose
The Lead Transition Teacher oversees the daily instructional operations of a Post University-based transition program for students who are between the ages of 17-22. The position entails providing services to students of all learning exceptionalities to make progress on their individual academic, social / emotional, and transition IEP goals and objectives.

Major Responsibilities
The Lead Transition Teacher works under the supervision of the UPP Coordinator & Director of Regional and Transition Services, and / or designee.
