Job Title : General Cleaner (NARA II)

Job Summary : EMCOR Government Services is seeking a full-time General Cleaner at our National Archives and Records Administration (NARA II) project in College Park, Md (NARA II). This is a SEIU, Local 32BJ-represented position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Clean, stock and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, etc.)
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs
• Performs other duties as assigned
