About the Role :

We are seeking a Flooring Operations Field Manager to oversee daily field operations, installer management, and project execution across both Panama City, FL and Dothan, AL . This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, traveling between locations to ensure quality installations, operational efficiency, and contractor success.

As the Flooring Operations Field Manager , you will act as the bridge between corporate leadership, installers, and retail partnersensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Travel between both Panama City, FL & Dothan, AL locations to oversee operations.
• Supervise installation crews and contractors, ensuring work meets company and industry standards.
• Coordinate schedules, assign projects, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Monitor daily operations and provide field support to ensure smooth workflows.
• Mentor and motivate field staff and subcontractors to maintain high performance and quality.
• Partner with Regional Operations Director and office staff to align operations with company goals.
• Track budgets, project timelines, and operational KPIs.
• Represent Floor Interior Services at retail partner stores and job-site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, policies, and regulations.

Requirements

• 35+ years of experience in operations management, flooring installation supervision, or a related construction / installation field.
• Strong knowledge of flooring or installation industry practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams in the field and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between both locations .
• Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided).
• Bachelors degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Must possess a Forklift certification or be willing to obtain one
