Enterprise Embedded Solutions Engineer
As an Enterprise Embedded Solutions Engineer, you'll lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of automation solutions for Tennr's most complex customers large-scale health systems, national provider groups, and enterprise partners. This is a highly technical, strategic, and customer-facing role that demands deep domain fluency, executive presence, and strong systems thinking.
You'll own enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end : from pre-sale discovery and business case alignment to go-live and expansion. You'll act as both a trusted technical advisor and a project lead, working closely with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams at Tennr to ensure lasting success.
This role sits within a high-performance implementation pod and directly influences Tennr's go-to-market and product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, from discovery to post-go-live
- Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change
- Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities
- Design scalable, configurable solutions using Tennr's platform and APIs
- Reimagine processes with automation best practices, not just replicate legacy systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions and delivery scope
- Maintain documentation, enable knowledge transfer, and improve internal delivery tools
- Support sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and influence product roadmap
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution designA degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferredStrong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architectureProven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customersSkilled at communicating technical concepts to both executive and technical audiencesExperience navigating complex org structures and aligning cross-functional stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic, scalable solutionsBusiness acumen and domain fluency ideally in healthcare or similarly complex industriesComfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, unstructured environmentsDemonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to team-wide best practicesHigh ownership mindset and urgency proactive, resourceful, and impact-drivenNice to Haves
