Manager, Enrollment Marketing
The Manager, Enrollment Marketing develops and implements integrated marketing strategies that support the College's enrollment goals from generating prospective student interest to influencing admitted student decision-making. This role leads campaigns across the entire enrollment funnel, including prospecting, application generation, yield, and melt, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, personalization, and multi-channel storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated campaigns (email, digital ads, print, social media, and events) to generate inquiries and engage prospective students.
- Collaborate with Admission to ensure messaging highlights academic programs, student life, athletics, study abroad, and outcomes.
- Develop and execute campaigns for admitted students to increase enrollment yield and minimize summer melt.
- Partner with Admission and Financial Aid to deliver timely, compelling communications tailored to key decision points.
- Lead the development of an enrollment marketing calendar aligned with the admission cycle.
- Review closely and ensure marketing / creative briefs are complete and accurate to move projects forward on time and on budget.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison to the Admission Office and collaborate with Financial Aid and others as needed.
- Use CRM (Slate) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to build targeted campaigns and measure effectiveness.
- Track key performance indicators across the enrollment funnel and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
- Responsible for managing contracted agencies, and serving as primary contact for outside vendors considering cost / budget / quality as key factors.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.Experience in higher education, particularly in advancement or fundraising, is highly preferred.Strong project management skills and proficiency in using project management and marketing automation tools (e.g., ASANA, Hubspot).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Core Competencies
