Job Description : A prominent homebuilder is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support their Legal Department. This role focuses on processing and tracking executed land contracts, managing updates, and maintaining organized documentation. You will collaborate closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Land Acquisition teams to ensure seamless contract administration.

The base salary range for this position is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final pay rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
