Avoid Burnout - Full administrative support you can focus on providing physical therapy, admin staff process authorizations, handles scheduling, and all administrative tasks.
Work-Life Balance - we are flexible and willing to make 3, 4, and 5 day per week schedules work. PTs schedules are limited to 2 evenings per week until 6 : 30 - unless you prefer evenings.
Continuing Education become an expert in Conservative Orthopedics : Outside instructors come to our office - you can stay home and sleep in your own bed. All staff attend our 3 course Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) sequence integrating exercise and traditional manual therapy. All staff will be trained in dry needling.
Also support to attend other courses for your clinical interest.
PTO - 3 weeks per calendar year. Immediately available and prorated for the rest of the year from your stat date. On January 1 full 3 week reset. Holidays : also 7 paid holidays.
Profit Sharing Plan - share in the financial success of the practice.
First year salary for this position : $90,000 + $10,000 sign-on bonus = $100,000
