Senior Project Manager Structural Steel

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication and erection projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of project management experience in the structural steel industry, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Lead and manage all phases of structural steel and misc. metals projects from preconstruction through completion.

Oversee fabrication, detailing, and erection operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and change orders.

Act as the primary point of contact with clients, engineers, architects, and field teams.

Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with all project specifications and industry standards.

Mentor and support junior project managers and project engineers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.

10+ years of experience managing structural steel fabrication and misc. metals fabrication & erection projects.

Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, detailing, and erection methods.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven success managing multiple large, complex projects.

Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred (not required).

Competitive base salary. $100K-$160K+ depending on experience
