job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCollaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions Participate in the full software development life cycle, engaging in Agile scrum teams in various roles Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impact Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues throughout the project lifecycle Minimum educational requirement : Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field 3 - 5 years of experience in IS / IT or Healthcare Thorough understanding of end systems impact of changes across multiple systems and healthcare data Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with Agile methodology and project management 1 - 3 years of Lean / Six Sigma experience 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry Six Sigma certificationProject Management Professional (PMP) certification
