Promotes reporting and transparency of errors whether actual or patient perceived. Writes timely and effective plans of action focused on identification and correction of root cause. • This pay range is for a 40 hours / week schedule. Weekly scheduled hours are determined individually and the ranges for different scheduled hours are prorated based on the percentage of 40 hours.
