Were seeking a Regulatory Compliance & HR Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our compliance program. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance with industry regulations while also supporting HR and administrative needs.

This is not just an admin role its a chance to build a career in compliance within the collections and financial services industry. Youll work closely with compliance leadership on audits, policies, risk management, and staff training initiatives.

What Youll Do

Compliance (Primary Focus) :

• Support the companys compliance program under FDCPA, Reg F, TCPA, and FCRA.
• Track employee compliance training, certifications, and renewals.
• Maintain compliance manuals, policies, and reporting logs.
• Monitor communications to ensure compliance with disclosure and frequency requirements.
• Assist in handling complaints, disputes, and compliance investigations.

HR & Administrative Support (Secondary Focus) :
