Brown Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Analyst – Aviation (FDV) who is a self-starter supporting the Army G-8.

Description

The Senior Analyst – Aviation supports Army G-8 aviation programs. The role supports capability requirements validation, develops investment strategies and program documentation, performs analyses for doctrine, training and sustainment and briefs senior Army leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support capability requirements validation through AROC and JROC processes.
  • Develop investment strategies and produce program documentation.
  • Conduct analyses for doctrine, training and sustainment.
  • Brief senior Army leadership and prepare Congressional testimony.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the Department of Defense and industry.
  • Support planning and resource processes such as Total Army Analysis (TAA), Force Feasibility Review (FFR) and the Army Equipping and Modernization Committee (AEMC).

Qualifications

Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • At least five years of force-development experience at senior Army levels (HQDA, Major Commands or Army Service Component Commands).
  • Domain expertise in aviation and familiarity with Army acquisition and modernization processes.
  • Preferred :

  • Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) Level-A or Level-C.
  • Completion of HTAR, AOIC and JCIDS courses within six months.
  • Familiarity with Army databases (e.g., AE2S-M, CAMS, cQUIP).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of JCIDS, DoDI 5000.2, PPBE and AROC processes.
