Social Content Creator

to join their North America communications and digital team.

About the Role

As a Social Content Creator, you’ll help shape the voice and visual identity of beloved brands through bold, trend-driven content. This role is ideal for someone who

lives and breathes social media , enjoys being both

behind and in front of the camera , and has a strong eye for design and editing.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling, platform-native content that sparks engagement and builds community.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (≈90%)

Concept, shoot, and edit original social media content for

TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook .

Appear on camera

in branded videos, reels, and posts.

Design static graphics and visual assets aligned with brand identity and current trends.

Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

Monitor social trends and emerging formats to inform future content.

Analyze performance data to optimize engagement and impact.

Content Coordination (≈10%)

Support sourcing and curation of user-generated (UGC) and employee-generated (EGC) content.

Assist in managing content banks and external creative deliverables.

Qualifications

Must-Haves :

2+ years of hands-on experience

creating social media content for brands, agencies, or startups.

Strong proficiency with

Adobe Creative Suite ,

Canva , and

CapCut

(or similar editing tools).

Proven ability to plan, produce, and edit engaging visual and video content.

Excellent understanding of platform best practices, trends, and audience behavior.

Confident on-camera presence and ability to represent brand tone authentically.

Exceptional writing and communication skills.

Must be

based in the Greater Chicago Area

(remote / hybrid model).

Nice-to-Haves :

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Experience using

social media management tools

(Sprinklr preferred).

Previous work in

consumer packaged goods (CPG)

or agency environments.

Experience in community management or influencer collaborations.
