Role Overview
The Production Manager supervises fabrication and maintenance of indoor and outdoor interactive museum experiences. You will manage production staff, materials, and equipment to fabricate high-quality, durable experiences for visitors to all of Indiana State Museum and Historical Sites properties. The Production Manager works directly with the Vice President of Experience to establish and meet deadlines for in-house manufacture and installation of projects. This position also serves as the primary contact for fabrication vendors. You will interact with development staff, visitor services, historic sites, and facilities staff members to support the organization's mission.
This role includes some evenings, long days, and weekends as needed.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work.
