Bilingual Call Center or BPO Team Leader (Hybrid)

Mangone Law Firm LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our immigration law firm. This role is critical for ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and strict compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards. We are looking for a strategic leader with exceptional management skills to support and advance the firm's objectives, continuously optimize operational processes, and enhance overall team performance.

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills :

  • Experience in Operations Management : Previous experience in an operations management role, preferably within a law firm or immigration-related environment.
  • Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, setting and achieving goals aligned with the firm's vision.
  • Operational Management : Capability to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement in a law firm setting.
  • Effective Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Decision-Making : Aptitude for making informed decisions based on data analysis to improve operational performance.
  • Financial Management : Ability to monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Customer Orientation : Focus on providing high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis : Capability to develop and track KPIs and perform analyses to enhance operational efficiency.

Additional Requirements :

  • Bilingual (Spanish / English)
  • Quick learner
  • Adaptable to new systems and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong self-organization skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Google Workspace / Suite, Excel, Slack, Monday.com, Case Management Systems such as CampLegal)
  • Ability to respond with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.

    Location : Hybrid position. Primarily remote, with availability required to attend the office in New Jersey as needed.
