Job Description
Our manufacturing client is seeking a proactive and strategic Safety Director to lead its companywide safety program. This new role will oversee safety initiatives across three plants and a grain elevator, working closely with plant-level safety personnel to standardize practices and strengthen the culture of safety. The Safety Director will bring a program-level perspective, developing policies, procedures, and training that reduce incidents and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with the opportunity to build, shape and grow the safety function.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000–$170,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
