Accounts Payable Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Newport Beach, California. Responsibilities :
Process and manage a high volume of accounts payable transactions with precision and accuracy.
Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Utilize NetSuite and Tipalti software for efficient AP processing.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Conduct data analysis and create reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards in all payable activities.
Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency within the accounts payable function.
Requirements :
Proven experience in accounts payable, including high-volume transaction processing.
Proficiency in 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
Familiarity with NetSuite and Tipalti software is highly desirable.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience working in larger organizations is a plus.
