Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for keeping equipment running smoothly and supporting production goals through preventative and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Document maintenance activities and create technical reports for ongoing maintenance needs.
  • Calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure accurate performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop maintenance schedules and protocols.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
