Position Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our pizza restaurant in Simpsonville, SC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a love for pizza and people. You will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for quality food and exceptional service.

Responsibilities :

Oversee all restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, staff management, and financial performance

Hire, train, and supervise staff

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers

Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs

Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
