Pay Information

$230 to $270 per hour

About The Position

OBGYN Hospitalist Locums - Florida, 10 to 24-Hour Shifts

OB Hospitalist assignment in Tampa, Florida with flexible shifts and high-volume deliveries.

Highlights

  • Mix of 10, 12, and 24-hour shifts; you choose
  • Long-term need approved for up to 18 months
  • High-acuity, high-delivery setting (7,000 / year)

Practice Setting

  • Inpatient academic facility with full-spectrum OBGYN care
  • Always 2 physicians on-site; 3 on weekends
  • Team includes nurse midwives, fellows, and residents
  • EPIC EMR system

    • Schedule

  • Options for 10, 12, or 24-hour in-house call
  • 24-hour shifts must be spaced with one day off between
  • Build your schedule around availability

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Labor & delivery, emergent OB care
  • GYN surgery optional; the more you do, the better
  • Must be comfortable in high-acuity environments

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years)
  • Florida license or IMLC LOQ accepted
  • Experience in high-volume OB settings required

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Flights, rental car, hotel, and mileage reimbursed
