Were Hiring :

Were seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our passionate team. As a BCBA youll play a key role in implementing evidence-based ABA strategies and providing exceptional supervision to help clients achieve meaningful progress.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans and monitor evidence-based ABA strategies.

Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess client progress.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to promote success.

Provide fieldwork supervision hours and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications :

Active BCBA certification.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.

What We Offer :

Competitive pay : $65 - $80 per hour .
