Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with cancer, utilizing radiation therapy modalities such as external beam radiation, brachytherapy, and radiosurgery.
• Treatment Delivery : Administer radiation therapy treatments according to established protocols, ensuring precise targeting of tumors while minimizing radiation exposure to healthy tissues.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Work closely with medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about the benefits, risks, and potential side effects of radiation therapy, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
