As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Mallard Manufacturing, a MacLean-Fogg Company, you will play a critical leadership role in managing and optimizing operations across a large-scale manufacturing plant with approximately 250 employees. You will drive efficiency, cost control, and production excellence while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position directly supports the plant’s success and contributes to MacLean-Fogg’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

• Pay Range : $150,000 – $160,000 per year (based on experience and skills)
• Work Location : Sterling, IL & Maquoketa, IA
• Travel : Up to 20%
