Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY The Estimator will contribute to the mission of protecting our customers' people, business, and time by delivering excellent service and accurate information. This position will collaborate with all levels of the organization to clearly understand the projects and requirements needed to achieve deadlines. The Estimator will work with team members to deliver precise and accurate bids for assigned projects.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2 or 4-year college degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
Minimum of 1-year construction industry experience preferred
Organized with an intense focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as meticulous attention to detail
Ability to develop, foster, and manage customer relationships
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Excel, Word). Experience with Salesforce software preferred
Knowledge of CDOT M& S Standards and MUTCD a plus

The base pay offered is $65K - $75K + Bonus will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
