What You'll Do

• Assist attorneys with litigation across state and federal courts, including class actions
• Support case management from intake through trial, including :
• Managing deadlines and maintaining case calendars
• Drafting pleadings, notices, motions, and deposition summaries
• Preparing deposition materials and exhibit binders
• Tracking discovery and document production
• Participating in trial prep and attending trial when needed
• Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and clients
• Conduct research using PACER, Westlaw, and other tools
• File documents via ECF under attorney supervision

What We're Looking For

2+ years of products liability litigation experience

Exposure to trial prep and / or attendance highly preferred

Defense-side experience required

Experience with NetDocs and iTimekeep a plus

High attention to detail and accountability

Confident, proactive, and tech-savvy

Excellent communication and organizational skills
