Location : LATAM (Remote, USA Market Focus)
Role Summary
As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you'll manage both the client and candidate sides of the recruitment cycle. As a strategic talent advisor, you'll be responsible for business development, client management, and full-cycle recruiting.

Monthly target of signed clients and placements met or exceeded. Trusted advisor relationships with clients. Strong balance between business development and fulfillment.
What We're Looking For
Experience in full-desk recruiting or a combination of sales and recruiting roles. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication. Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality. Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills. Highly organized and driven by goals.
Career Path
Grow into Account Executive or Manager roles. Eligible for performance-based promotions and client ownership.
Schedule & Benefits
Full-time, MondayFriday, 9am6pm EST. 10 days PTO + 8 public holidays. Eligible for additional PTO based on performance : Commission per placement and BD incentives. Training, mentorship, and career development.
