Position : Civil Project Manager

Were hiring a Civil Project Manager to lead sitework construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This high-impact role connects field and office, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of communication across teams
• Proactively plan materials and track project schedules
• Manage costs and budgets; ensure timely execution
• Lead multiple projects ($4M$6M scope), typically 45 at once
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and subs
• Support field teams through regular site visits
• Model excellence, safety, and integrity
