Responsibilities

  • Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programs.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the Rehabilitation department to include staff utilization, budgetary responsibility, internal marketing, support of well-being programs, departmental and regulatory. compliance, and performs other related duties as required.

    • Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited therapy program - Physical Therapist (PT), PTA, Occupational Therapist (OT), COTA or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Current state licensure
  • Minimum of 3 years of rehabilitation experience .
  • Knowledge of state, federal and therapy practice act legislation / law and accreditation standards .
  • Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and program development / supervisory experience, including multi-site management experience, including cross continuum practices .
