About The Position

Job Title : Emergency Room Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse

Shift : Rotating

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of two years in emergency department

License : RN License (New York)

Certifications : BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS (Preferred)

Must-Have :

• Telemetry experience
• Previous travel emergency room experience

Description :

This is a fast-paced adult emergency department.

The facility manages more than 100,000 visits annually and is one of the busiest trauma centers in the country.

The department is responsible for treating a diverse patient population.

Nurses will assist with boarder patients.

First-time travelers are not supported.

Nurses should be prepared for floating, weekends, holidays, on-call, and callback as per unit needs.

RTO cannot be accommodated between December 23 and December 27.
