Job Summary : With limited guidance, supports compensation program strategy, design, implementation, and administration. Collaborates with internal partners providing necessary tools and information in order to make informed decisions regarding compensation. Works independently on less complex issues involving employee base pay, and short and long-term incentives.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (required) Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline (preferred)
Experience Qualifications
3+ years HR, Finance or related field with an analytical focus (required)
Tactical Skills
Skilled & experienced in building Microsoft Excel analysis and graphs, combining data from multiple sources, & trouble shooting and proficient in creating Microsoft Power Point presentations. Self starter and self-learner of new skills in Excel and Power Point. Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong results orientation and attention to detail

Physical Demands

_This role is currently designated as Hybrid. However, work location may change based on business needs. In markets with corporate office space, the role may shift to an in-office or hybrid arrangement. Candidates should remain flexible and open to potential changes in work location._
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $83,000 to $102,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
