The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will be responsible for assisting with the daily functions of the Human Resources Department including managing full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of departments, leading sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering candidate-focused experiences aligned with organizational needs.

- Manages full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical roles.
- Partners with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and screening criteria.
- Leads sourcing efforts via job boards, social media, and passive outreach.
- Conducts in-depth interviews and provides candidate assessments.
- Coordinates background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding tasks.
- Develops recruitment marketing materials and branding content.
- Monitors recruiting metrics and prepares reports for leadership.
- Ensures compliance with EEO, FLSA, and hiring regulations.
- Leads job fair participation and builds talent pipelines.
- Provides guidance to HR Assistants or Junior Recruiters.
- Identifies hiring process improvements and implements new sourcing strategies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
