Civil Project Engineer - Florida - Land & Site Development

Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. We are seeking a Project Engineer to join the group and focus on Civil Engineering related to site development and redevelopment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with some experience in large-scale multi-family residential, retail, corporate and industrial projects who will be responsible for code compliance, documentation and coordination with both in-house and sub-consultant engineering teams.

Role accountabilities :

• Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources and / or civil projects
• Preparation of construction documents, calculations and reports for public or private clients
• Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater and utility improvements
• Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments
• Working with municipalities on necessary permits
• Client interface and coordination
• Project management of site development or redevelopment
• Water management analysis experience with M-D DERM, Broward County EPD and SFWMD

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions, including medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $132,000.
