Bright Springs Foods, LLC is seeking a friendly and helpful CDL food delivery driver to support our customers. There are many perks of joining the BSF team, including,

Requirements :

  • Must hold avalid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of verifiable driving experience(preferred).
  • Clean driving recordwith no major violations, suspensions, or DUIs within the past 3 years.
  • Must be able topass a DOT physical and drug / alcohol screening.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliancerequirements.
  • Ability tooperate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Must be able tolift, push, or pull up to 75lbsas part of loading / unloading duties (if applicable).
  • Strong communication skills must speak and understand English (bilingual a plus English / Spanish).
  • Must bepunctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hoursas required.
  • Must haveauthorization to work in the United States.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Delivering frozen seafood products to restaurants.
  • Driving company owned trucks.
  • Unload product using equipment like lift gates, hand truck, ramps, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel receipts, and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance, such as refueling, checking fluids, and reporting mechanical issues.
  • Communicate with dispatcher, customers, and other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Interact with customers in a professional manner, providing excellent service and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Adhere to all applicable truck driving rules and regulations, including federal and state requirements.
  • Meet physical and mental requirements for driving a commercial vehicle, including good eyesight, hearing, and physical health.
  • Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditions.
  • Navigate local streets and highways efficiently using GPS.
  • Verify orders before each delivery and maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and food service employees, demonstrating an eagerness to work through any issues or points of confusion.
