Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for clients while maintaining clear communication
Ensure timely presentation of qualified candidates to clients and collaborate with recruiters on hiring needs
Required Qualifications
2-4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations
Proven ability to conduct effective candidate screenings and interviews
Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
