Sr Director, Product Management - CMBU

As the Sr. Director of Product Management for the Cloud Memory Business Unit (CMBU), you will lead a global team responsible for defining and executing the strategy for a DRAM product portfolio that spans hyperscale cloud, enterprise OEM, AI accelerators, graphics, gaming, and PC markets. Your leadership will shape Micron’s position in DDR5, LPDDR for datacenter, GDDR7, and emerging memory technologies.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver innovative products through Micron’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process. Additionally, you will oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) operations across all memory product lines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Define and lead the multi-year product strategy and roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including stage gate reviews and key product decisions.
• Deliver regular portfolio strategy updates to senior executive leadership.
• Engage directly with customers and industry partners to shape product direction and value propositions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers and NPI leads.
• Drive product positioning and feature prioritization based on customer needs, technology trends, and competitive analysis.
• Establish business objectives and performance targets across functional areas.
• Act as the internal and external spokesperson for the product portfolio.
• Optimize internal processes and frameworks to enhance product management effectiveness.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is :

$191,500.00 - $370,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
