• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs\n
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\n
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient\n
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\n
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\n
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.\n
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.\n

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.\n\nRequirements\n\nApplicants should have a current state RN license and Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing,. Additional requirements include : \n
• Minimum six months of Medical / Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.\n
• One year of Rehab experience preferred\n
• CPR / BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
