Position : Data Center Technician

Salary : $22-$30 per hour + Lodging and daily Per Diem

Overview : The Archetype Strategy is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Data Center Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for critical infrastructure setup within data centers, including installing data cabinets, supporting pathways such as basket trays, and running pre-connectorized fiber. You will ensure our data centers operate efficiently, reliably, and securely.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and align data cabinets and racks according to technical specifications and project requirements.
• Design and install pathway support systems, such as basket trays and cable management solutions.
• Run, terminate, and secure pre-connectorized fiber cables, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for seamless system integration.
• Conduct testing and inspections to meet industry standards and company guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, and modifications.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
