Nursing Career Opportunity
This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care through direct involvement in patient visits, education, and follow-up. Key responsibilities include providing patient education, conducting follow-up phone calls, and assisting providers during patient appointments.
As a registered nurse (RN), you will be accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient / family education and transitions of care. You will support professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.
The RN will function within the Nursing Professional Practice Model, which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. The ANA Nursing : Scope and Standards of Practice provide a basis for the practice of the RN.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide patient education and conduct follow-up phone calls.
Assist providers during patient appointments.
Requirements :
Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program.
Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in Women's Health and Ambulatory Care.
Minimum of one year of RN experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
