Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment at a residential location. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. You will be a key point of contact, responding promptly to inquiries and situations while fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Day Time Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations within the residential property in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to maintain a secure environment.
  • Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the site.
  • Collaborate with property management and / or local authorities as needed during emergencies or incidents.
  • Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and provide directions or information as appropriate.
  • Follow all site-specific protocols and procedures to support a secure and welcoming environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
