Your Role as a Kitchen Supervisor :

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and daily food preparation
• Ensure meals are prepared and served according to residents’ dietary needs and scheduled meal times
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in the kitchen and food storage areas
• Monitor inventory levels and order food and supplies as needed
• Train new dietary staff, manage scheduling, and assist with performance evaluations
• Work closely with the Dietary Manager and other departments to ensure quality service and resident satisfaction
• Follow all safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures
• Assist in preparing meals and support the dietary team during busy periods
